Sara has been developing and investing in residential property since 2003 and has sourced properties for discerning clients since 2010, assisting with acquisition through to ready to rent stage. Sara’s main role is company development and business growth, her focus is on strategic partnerships, new and existing relations with national and international clients, innovation and deal analysis.
Kim Raines
Hull Brokerage Partner
Kim has built up her own investment portfolio and is the founder of The Online Landlord Lettings and Management Company. Kim’s
role focuses on local area business development, sourcing of suitable properties and client relations including assistance with obtaining work estimates and advice on the letting and management of properties.
Emily Pilbeam
Executive Assistant
Emily has over seven years industry experience in the property sector including lettings, property management and
investment. Emily’s role includes systems development, marketing, online property sourcing and sales progression.
